What’s on offer?
Lots. And with new activities added regularly, there's something for everyone. You could try gym sessions, swimming, archery, boccia, mountain biking, paddleboarding, tennis, walking, cycling and a whole lot more.
Social activities for you and your family include things like walks, quizzes, arts and crafts, museum visits, cookery and photography. There's lots to discover and enjoy together.
Weekly virtual get-togethers have given me a social life. I’ve enjoyed walks, kayaking, archery and segway sessions, which were hilarious. We went to rugby games in Edinburgh. That all built up my confidence and social skills again.

READY TO TAKE THE NEXT STEP?
Help for Heroes have been there to support me too. We’ve both been able to take part in fun activities and meet with other families. Having that support network has been really important for us both.
